The staff were super cool and helped us with everything we needed. We even joined their tour to the Dead Sea and it was epic! The breakfast was bomb and we met some really rad people in the common area. Definitely a great spot to stay if you're traveling with friends or if you're a solo adventurer looking for some good company.
The only thing I would ask for is a better party scene. Don't get me wrong, the location is great and the vibe is chill, but as teenagers, we were hoping for a bit more fun and nightlife.

Pros of my stay at this hotel were the fantastic downtown location, incredibly helpful staff, and excellent wifi. The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning and fans, and the bathrooms always had soap and toilet paper.

Met interesting people in the courtyard, staff helped with tours and exploring the city, great location for sightseeing. Cons: Breathing in smoke with my morning coffee, such a delight.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore and find everything we needed.
One major drawback was the lack of hot water. Despite the hotel claiming it was solar-heated, we rarely had any hot water, even during the day.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to answer any questions and provide assistance. They responded quickly and were accommodating to dietary restrictions. The location of the hotel couldn't be beaten, with the Citadel just a short 10-minute walk away and the city center right at your doorstep. the halva served for breakfast was delicious, a perfect way to start the day.
One issue we encountered was the lack of storage space in the room. There wasn't enough room to store our belongings, which could be problematic if the hotel is fully booked.

Lovely personnel, always helpful with directions, writing them down in English and Arabic. Basic but clean dormitory, with hot showers. Conveniently located in city center with free safe parking nearby. Friendly and reliable airport shuttle. Calm and homely atmosphere.

I really enjoyed the helpful and knowledgeable staff at this hotel. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated near the city Citadel and the old part of town, making it easy for me to explore and experience the local culture. Another advantage that I liked was the opportunity to meet other interesting guests, like the person from Tunisia whom I had great evening talks with.
The cleanliness of the room was a major disappointment. the floors and blankets were dirty, and the sheets even had holes in them.

The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a laid-back atmosphere. the staff are helpful and kind, and they don't push their offered day trips. Great location, just a short walk to the citadel, forum, theater, and downtown area.
Felt cared for, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was sick, dude! We were able to walk to both the Citadel and the Roman Theatre, so we got to experience all that history stuff. Plus, there were so many cool restaurants and shops nearby. And let's not forget the awesome bookshop right at the entrance, where we found some sick English books. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even hooked us up with some rad day trips to Jerash, Aljoun, and Umm Qais. Best trip ever!
The only thing we wish was better for young party animals like us was more nightlife options nearby. It would've been sick to have some happening clubs or bars within walking distance, you know?

my recent stay in amman was great, but farah hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging transportation at a much lower cost compared to other hotels. they even provided emergency exit information, which i couldn't find anywhere else in jordan. highly recommended!
Bathroom door needed force to close.

The hotel manager was extremely helpful and gave great advice about exploring the city. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions and landmarks in the city.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, and the mattresses were not very comfortable. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was good considering the affordable price.
